The General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Maison Rose Medicis are, however, subject to change. Their modifications will not affect orders that have already been placed, but will apply to new orders that will be placed after they are put online.
PRODUCTS :
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day of its consultation by the user.
Each product is the subject of a descriptive sheet which contains:
- The price of the product;
- The different standard formats available, the possibility of custom-made orders;
- The different colors available;
- The composition, as well as the specific characteristics of each product;
One or more photographs: the user is informed that there may be minimal differences between a product and his photograph, depending in particular on the resolution and color definition of the user's screen.
The products are made to order with a delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks, the time to carry out its manufacture.
DELIVERY SECTORS:
Maison Rose Medicis delivers throughout mainland France and around the world.
The shipment is made by Colissimo followed by the Post Office or by carrier for special orders.

Maison Rose Medicis cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery and the consequences that may result therefrom. In case of exceeding the delivery time, not justified by a case of force majeure, the user may however refuse delivery, request the resolution of the sale and obtain within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days the reimbursement of the sums paid. .
THE COSTS :
The prices are indicated in euros all taxes included (ttc).
The prices applied are those displayed on the Site and confirmed at the time of validation of the order.
The amount of the delivery costs appears on the summary of the order (before validation of the order). The delivery costs are expressed all taxes included (ttc). They are invoiced in addition to the selling price of the selected product(s).
Maison Rose Medicis reserves the right to modify the prices of one or more product(s) at any time, but undertakes to apply to the user the prices indicated on the Site at the time of validation of his order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION :
The user will receive an order confirmation e-mail which will summarize all the products ordered, the billing and delivery address and the estimated delivery date.
The validation of the order by the user, the confirmation of the order and the invoice will be sent by e-mail following the acceptance of payment. These elements constitute with the General Conditions of Sale the sales contract which binds the user and Maison Rose Medicis.
Maison Rose Medicis reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order
for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of a difficulty concerning the order received.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has the right to cancel and refund the online sale.
PAYMENT :
The selected products are payable in full on the day the user places the order.
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) at the time of validation of the order by the user.
Transactions carried out on the Site are secured by the payment system of the company STRIPE whose head office is located at 185 Berry Street – suite 550 – San Francisco – CA 94107.
Payment for services will be made by bank card (Blue, Visa, Mastercard).
The payments made will be secured by a data encryption procedure in order to avoid the interception of this information by a third party. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. At no time does the user's financial data pass through the Maison Rose Medicis computer system. Maison Rose Medicis cannot be held responsible in the event of fraudulent use of the means of payment used.
ORDER ARCHIVING:
Confirmation of the order is recorded in the Maison Rose Medici registers, kept on a reliable and durable medium.
CONFIDENTIAL DATA:
Maison Rose Medicis collects a certain amount of information necessary to process orders.
The information is strictly confidential.
Maison Rose Medicis undertakes to take all useful precautions to ensure the security of its files and the protection of its computer system, and in particular to prevent personal information from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
On injunction or in order to defend its rights or those of its employees, users or any other person, Maison Rose Medicis may communicate this data to the authorized bodies and authorities.
Personal information is sent to and stored by the host of the Site whose contact details appear in the “Legal Notices” section of the Site.
The user has the right to access, rectify, modify and delete personal data concerning him.
The Site declared to the National Commission for Computing and Freedoms - CNIL under the number OBTENTION EN COURS.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
All elements of the Site (images, text, graphics, logo, layouts, illustrations, photographs, products, forms, etc.) are protected under intellectual property law (copyright, trademark law, designs and models, patent law).
All designs created by Maison Rose Medicis are exclusive and protected under intellectual property rights.
Any total or partial reproduction of the elements accessible on the Site is strictly prohibited and may constitute acts of counterfeiting, unfair competition or parasitism to the detriment of the rights holders.
APPLICABLE RIGHT :
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law, regardless of the nationality / country of residence of the user.
In the event of cancellation of all or part of a provision of the General Conditions, the other provisions shall remain fully applicable.
In the event of a dispute arising, for any reason whatsoever, the user undertakes, as a matter of priority, to seek in good faith, with Maison Rose Medicis, an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable resolution of this dispute, theFrench courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
